Game Details - Softball

Taylorsville edged out a 4-3 victory in a hard-fought nonregion game against Herriman. After gaining a 2-0 lead in the first inning, Taylorsville watched as Herriman tied the game by the third inning, but ultimately regained the lead with crucial runs in the fifth and seventh innings. Aleya Wegner was solid on the mound with six strikeouts for Taylorsville, while Karli Brown contributed with a crucial home run in the bottom of the seventh.
