Grantsville secured a 5-3 victory over Cedar City in a nonregion game, thanks in part to Hayden Bytheway's 12 strikeouts on the mound. Cedar City, struggling at the plate with just two hits, fell behind early as the Cowboys tallied runs in the first, second, fifth, and sixth innings. Cedar City's late efforts in the sixth and seventh innings, led by Kaycee Adams' home run with two RBIs, were not enough to close the gap.
