Game Details - Softball

Payson (2-2) overcame an early deficit to beat Skyridge (0-2) in a nonregion game 8-4. After falling behind 2-0 in the first inning, Payson responded with a three-run third inning and continued to build momentum with late-game runs in the fifth and sixth innings. Anna Marvin powered its offense with two home runs while Myra Andrews went 2 for 3 with three RBIs. Skyridge got a solo home run from Kaylie Power in the seventh, but it wasn’t enough to catch up.
