Game Details - Softball

Olympus edged Bonneville 6-5 in eight innings in the first round of the Class 5A softball super regionals on Tuesday. Charlie Turner earned the win for the Titans (17-8), striking out nine while allowing 11 hits. Kristina Walker led Olympus' offense, going 3-for-5 with two doubles. Adi Comer went 2-for-4 with an RBI, and Charlotte Comer added an RBI single. The Titans scored three runs in the third inning and two in the fifth to build a 5-1 lead, but the Lakers rallied with two runs each in the sixth and seventh to force extra innings. Annie Stevenson went 3-for-4 with two doubles for Bonneville, which fell to 14-6 on the season.
