No. 6 seed Beaver continued its strong march through the 3A state tournament with a six-inning win over No. 7 seed San Juan in the 2A winners bracket. Danzee Bradshaw set the tone for the Beavers throughout the game as she went 3 for 4 with a double, triple, two runs scored and three RBIs. Brindee Carter earned the win by striking out three and only allowing five hits over six innings.
