Millard got off to an early lead with 11 runs in the first inning, and went on to score nine runs in the third inning to end the game. Cheryl Stephenson contributed three doubles to her team's 12 hits. Meagan Dearden, earning credit for the win on the mound, also hit two home runs, including a grand slam.
