L’Sha Eldridge returned from a lightning delay in the third inning and immediately put a scoreless game out of reach, hitting a three-run homer over the center field fence. Eldridge finished 2-for-4 with the home run and a double while winning pitcher Abby Bayles struck out five and allowed just one run as the Broncos upended the defending champion Red Devils for the 2011 title.
