Game Details - Softball

After playing to a draw in the first inning, the Bountiful Braves started their dominating performance in the third after Kim Weese got things going with a double. Three singles later, they had grabbed a 4-2 lead that held up through the rest of the game. Kaitlin Titsworth also doubled up for Bountiful, and Madison White knocked one over the fence for the Braves in the victory. Mikkel Griffin knocked a long ball in the first for Dixie, who just couldn't score after the Braves' pitcher Lindsay Parkin settled into the game. The Braves go on to play Murray in the one-loss bracket game with the winner taking on Tooele in the championship game at noon today at Valley Softball Complex.
