The Hawks remained undefeated thanks to a great defensive effort against Mountain View Thursday. Alta's Linsey Wall had a double and a homerun to lead the Hawks offensively as they beat the Bruins 3-0 Thursday. Amanda Kendzior and Millie Jones each had great catches in the field to preserve the shotout for pitcher Niki Andersen. She had nine strikeouts against the Bruins.
