Game Details - Girls Volleyball

The Rams did their best to end the Southern dominance of the last two years in 4A volleyball, but they fell short as Dixie squeaked into the 4A championship match for the third straight year with the five-game victory. The Flyers took a two-game lead before Highland made the big comeback to even the match a two games apiece and send it to the fifth. Dixie's Jennika Wright led the team with 17 kills, and the rest of the team was led by a balanced effort with Breanna Tibbs finishing with seven kills and Ivory Boone and Ashley Porter finishing with six each. Jaimee Clark had 48 assists in the win. Highland was led by Kaveinga Leaaetoa, Prasella Matemate and Nikki Lolohea in the loss.
