The Bees featured a balanced attack with 10 kills from f+bCarlie Romerf-b, eight kills from f+bMandy Munnsf-b and seven kills by f+bLaura Schrammf-b to take out the Tigers and finish the tournament in third place. The Bees overcame large odds and a third-place finish in Region 5 to produce an incredible run in the state tournament.
