The Winged Lions fell behind in the first half to the Jayhawks but got two goals from f+bSarah Hallf-b in the second to force overtime. f+bCierra Bauerf-b had two goals and f+bAtim Effiongf-b added a lone goal for St. Joseph which scored all three of its goals in the first half. Hall's second goal came with less than a minute remaining in the game and the two teams then battled through two overtimes before ending in a tie.
