After losing to them twice in the regular season, the Morgan Trojans got the sweetest revenge on the top-seeded Grantsville Cowboys with a 70-66 upset to win the 3A girls basketball state championship. It's Morgan's second title in three seasons and the fifth in school history. Junior Liv Jaffa and senior Elena Birkeland paced the Trojans with a game-high 20 points each, while senior Amaya Rogers added 17 points on 8-12 shooting. Grantsville sophomore Baylee Lowder led the Cowboys with 19 points, while senior McKenzie Allen had 15 points, and sophomore Kodee Williams score 12 points.
