Game Details - Girls Basketball

Three players scored in double figures as Timpanogos clinched a spot in Saturday's 4A State Championship game. The Timberwolves were led by senior Mercedes Riggs who finished with 14 points in the victory and had a big fourth quarter. Teammate Eternity Galeai came up huge for the Wolves in the first half, scoring nine of her 13 total points and stepping up offensively when the team needed it most. Jamaica Christensen added 10 in the win. Skyline went home with the loss despite a huge night for senior Miquelle Askew. Askew dominated in the paint, earning an impressive 29 points to go along with her 13 rebounds. Sydnee Taylor contributed 13, going 4-of-4 from the free throw line.
