After Friday night's stunning upset loss in the quarterfinals, Richfield (21-2) roared back with a vengeance on Saturday morning to gun down Gunnison in a 2A girls consolation clash. Megan Bean and Sloane Roundy each scored 15 points with 8 rebounds apiece for the Wildcats, who piled up a 28-12 halftime lead and led by 19 points, 47-28, entering the fourth quarter. Sammi Beck added 10 points for Richfield, while Sara Brown scored 10 points for the Bulldogs.
