Game Details - Girls Basketball

The Piute T-birds defeated region-rival Bryce Valley 55-40 to finish in third place at the 1A State Tournament. The loss gave the Mustangs fourth place. Saturday's consolation game was the fourth time Bryce Valley and Piute have met this season, something that made the match-up that much harder to do. The T-birds were led by sophomore f+bKandice Gleavef-b who finished with 26 points and was one of the team's best rebounders during the tournament. Junior f+bLoni Allanf-b added 13 points and f+bAmanda Bagleyf-b scored seven points in the win.
