Game Details - Girls Basketball

The strong rebounding of Clearfield is giving the Falcons the edge in the first game of the 5A girls basketball tournament. The Falcons defeated the Colts with strong offense led by Emily Kennington, who scored 17 points, and Hailey Hall, who finished with 15. Teammate Heidi Clemmer added 11 points, while Katie Nye had 10 in the win. The Colts were led offensively by Stacie Little and Alicia Haberle, who each scored 11 points. Little also had four blocked shots and a strong rebounding game. Latisha Hensley added another 8 points in the loss. Clearfield will play Brighton in Thursday's quarterfinals.
