Game Details - Girls Basketball

TAYLORSVILLE - Nancy Seljaas has carried Bountiful many nights. But Friday morning, in the semifinal round of the 4A Girls Basketball Tournament, she could only carry them half a game. Seljaas had the team's only double-double, with 23 points and 13 rebounds. But Timpview had three players in double figures, and center Mirriam Palkki had the game's only other double-double with 10 rebounds and 15 points. Teammates Lael McVea finished with 16 points and nine rebounds, while Sarah Red had 11 points. McVea also had four steals. Timpview will face Mountain View in the 4A final at 11 a.m. Saturday.
