TAYLORSVILLE - The Falcons and the Warriors were locked in a tight contest until the final two minutes when Clearfield pulled away on the strength of rebounding and foul shooting. Clearfield's Jennie Overdiek was driving the lane with less than two minutes to go when instead of shooting, she passed to Katie Nye who laid it in and put the Falcons up by three points. Overdiek then grabbed an offensive rebounded and was fouled the next play. She made just one of the two shots, but it was enough to give Clearfield breathing room for the first time all game. Overdiek finished with nine points, while teammate Emily Kennington added 13 points. The Warriors got big games from Karie Reeves, who had 10 points, Rachel Miller, with 11, and Amanda Dabb, who finished with 10 points.
