TAYLORSVILLE - The Highland Rams hung with the Mountain View Bruins for almost about half of their quarter final game. Which is more than most Utah teams can say. The Bruins came away with another win, mostly on the strength of their defense and their 90 percent freethrow shooting. Mountain View was led by Brittany Tressler, who had 23 points, and Heather Hansen, who finished with 15 points. Highland's Melissa Dennett had a game-high 24 points and 13 rebounds. Lindsay Orchard added 10, and teammate Jill Thomas finished with nine points. Mountain View advances to the semi-finals on Friday, and the Bruins will play Murray at 10 a.m.
