OREM � Sarah Stay scored eight fourth-quarter points as the Orem Tigers overcame a seven-point deficit to beat Mountian Crest 65-54 in a 4A first-round game on Monday. Mountain Crest had gone ahead 46-39 after three quarter thanks to a nine-point quarter from Ashley Anderson, and appeared headed for the victory. Orem's full-court press altered that momentum, and now the Tigers will face Timpview in Wednesday's quarterfinal game. Tiffany Anderson led Orem with 20 points, while Katie Thatcher also added 20 for the Mustangs.
