Malakai Leilua's 2-yard touchdown run with 2:34 left in the fourth quarter lifted Westlake (1-1) to a 14-13 victory over Olympus (1-1) in a nonregion game. Olympus initially took the lead in the first quarter with a 41-yard touchdown pass from Preston Ferran to Will Farnsworth. Westlake tied the game before halftime on a 2-yard pass from Silas Taumoepeau to Slone Sua with 12 seconds remaining in the second quarter. Kempton Rice's 2-yard run in the fourth briefly put Olympus ahead before Leilua's decisive score clinched the win for Westlake.
