Kanab (10-1) secured a spot in the 1A championship game with a commanding 43-19 victory over North Summit (6-6) in the 1A semifinals. The Cowboys took control early, leading 16-6 after the first quarter and extending their advantage to 37-6 by halftime. Hayden Gubler led Kanab with a 92-yard touchdown run in the second quarter, among his multiple scores on the day. Quarterback Brogun Virostko contributed with touchdown passes to Lattimer Glover, including a 47-yard strike in the third quarter.
