Beaver (10-2) secured a spot in the 1A championship game with a 24-14 victory over Duchesne (9-3) in the semifinals at Southern Utah University. The Beavers pulled away in the second half, capitalizing on a strong third quarter with a 14-yard touchdown run by quarterback Davin Orton and a 22-yard field goal by Emmet Lurth. Duchesne narrowed the gap with Kade Thacker's 10-yard touchdown reception from Nashden Goodliffe late in the third quarter, but Beaver sealed the win in the fourth. A 39-yard touchdown run by Dub Pender and a 76-yard touchdown pass from Orton to Lurth put the game out of reach. Beaver's defense, led by Jex Bradshaw, limited the Eagles' potent rushing attack, setting up a championship clash against either Kanab or North Summit.
