Beaver (6-2) secured a narrow 20-16 victory over North Sanpete (5-3) in their first meeting since 1990. Bridger Blackner's 3-yard touchdown run with 1:07 left in the fourth quarter proved to be the game-winner. Blackner was a key player for Beaver, also contributing with a 57-yard touchdown pass from Davin Orton in the first quarter. North Sanpete's Rafael Contreras was effective with his kicking, hitting field goals from 30, 52, and 35 yards.
