Cedar City (3-0) rallied late to edge Dixie (1-2) in a tight 16-13 victory in a nonregion matchup. Trailing by three points in the fourth quarter, Cedar City quarterback Everett Kelling connected with Dylan Crowley for an 11-yard touchdown with 10:51 remaining, putting the Reds ahead.
