The Timpanogos Timberwolves (7-2) scored early and often on the way to a convincing 35-14 triumph over the Salem Hills Skyhawks (6-3) during this week's Region 8 game. In their pursuit of a potential first-round bye in the 4A playoffs, the Timberwolves set the tone early and often building a 35-0 lead before the Skyhawks tacked on two late fourth quarter scores. Luke Livingston's touchdown reception from Chase Riggs gave Timpanogos the early 7-0 lead, and it was more of the same the rest of the game. Riggs, who scored two touchdowns in total, and Livingston, with three touchdowns in his name, were the noticeable performers for Timpanogos.
