After falling behind 21-7 in the first quarter, Northridge rallied for the victory behind a strong performance from quarterback Jrue Perkins, who passed for three touchdowns and rushed for another. The Knights took a 35-28 lead with 40 seconds remaining on a Perkins 10-yard TD pass to Ammon Uasilaa. Bonneville answered back with just five seconds remaining but it couldn't convert the extra point to force overtime. Cyrus Daniels finished with 222 yards and two touchdowns. Drew Perkins threw for 400 yards and three touchdowns as well as rushing for 60 yards and a touchdown.
