The Cowboys showed a great defensive effort as they shut out the Wildcats for the second time in as many weeks, but this time it also meant they advance to the semifinals of the 2A state tournament. f+bEvan Ortonf-b led Kanab with 153 yards on 25 carries and two touchdowns, raising his season rushing total to more than 1,600 yards. f+bBrandon Brownf-b eclipsed the 1,000-yard mark for the season by rushing for 87 yards and one touchdown.
