Quarterback Kurt McEuen was 12-18 for 265 yards and two touchdowns and rushed for another in the Wasps' win over the Flyers. After gaining some ground in the first half, Dixie's running game was stymied in the second by the Wasatch defense, which only allowed the Flyers five rushing yards in the final 24 minutes. The Wasp 'D' was led by linebackers Ross Francis and Todd Lawton, who had two sacks apiece, and Colton Salazar, who came up with two interceptions, one returned for a touchdown. Kent Robinson hauled in four receptions for 83 yards and one touchdown for the Wasps. Including the playoffs, Wasatch is now 11-1 on the season, while Dixie finishes the year 5-7.
