Quarterback Kurt McEuen was 12-18 for 265 yards and two touchdowns and rushed for another in the Wasps' win over the Flyers. After gaining some ground in the first half, Dixie's running game was stymied in the second by the Wasatch defense, which only allowed the Flyers five rushing yards in the final 24 minutes. The Wasp 'D' was led by linebackers Ross Francis and Todd Lawton, who had two sacks apiece, and Colton Salazar, who came up with two interceptions, one returned for a touchdown.
