Snow Canyon entered their Region 9 matchup with Pine View Friday focused on stopping the potent rushing attack that the Panthers have displayed throughout the season. The Warriors had some success in stopping the run, but hadn't anticipated the aerial onslaught that hit them. Pine View's Adam Legg threw for 220 yards and two touchdowns with 129 of those yards and one touchdown going to Nate Hutchinson in the 41-14 victory over the Warriors. Jake Foote added 138 yards rushing and three touchdowns in a blowout victory over a Snow Canyon team that was down 21-0 in the first quarter and was outplayed in every facet of the game. The Panthers remained undefeated at 4-0 in Region 9 play, while improving to 7-1 overall on the year. Spencer Tafua recorded 11 solo tackles for a Pine View defense that stifled the Snow Canyon offensive drives all night and forced four turnovers with their overwhelming play. In other football games:
