Sam Higginson and Matt Welsh led the Viewmont Vikings to a decisive 3-1 victory over the Bonneville Lakers in a Region 5 matchup Thursday night. Higginson tallied 10 kills and added two aces, while Welsh contributed 13 kills. Jonathan Williquette orchestrated the offense with 32 assists. The Vikings secured the win with dominant performances in the second and fourth sets, finishing 25-11 and 25-17, respectively. Bonneville managed to take the third set 25-23, but it was not enough to overcome Viewmont's overall balanced attack.
