Provo's Fred Mendez contributed significantly with one goal and one assist, leading the Bulldogs to a 3-1 victory over Lehi in a nonregion game. Provo (1-1) started strong with an early goal in the first half by Jurgen Lang and extended their lead in the second half with goals from Mendez and Dieter Lang. Lehi (1-4) managed to get on the scoreboard with a second-half goal from Devan Silva.
