Northridge edged out Viewmont 3-2 in a thrilling Region 5 game. The Knights jumped out quickly with three goals in the first half, courtesy of Jacque Heri and Chance Terry, with Lyric Featherston providing two assists. Viewmont's Drew Breese scored one of their two goals in the first half, but the Vikings couldn't find an equalizer in the second half. Northridge improved to 1-1 while Viewmont dropped to 2-2.
