Cedar City will get a chance to play for a state championship after they took down the RiverHawks in a tight matchup. The two teams were tied heading into the final period, but the Reds scored 20 points in the final eight minutes to escape with a victory. The 4A State Championship will be between two rivals who met twice in the regular season. Desert Hills won the first matchup in a one of the best games of the season, it featured two overtimes and over 200 points as the Thunder won 101-100. The second game was on February 19th in Cedar and the Reds won that won 70-65.
