Wasatch Academy overcame a 13-point first half deficit to rally past Desert Pines, Nev. for the victory at the Tip Off Classic at Provo High School. The Tigers outscored Desert Pines 24-12 in the fourth quarter to hand the Jaguars their first loss. They were 7-0 heading into the tournament.
