Desert Hills exploded in the second quarter to earn the lead going into halftime. The Thunder continued their tough defense throughout the game to grab a six point victory and advance in the playoffs. Tyler Ott led the way with 18 points and Ty Rutledge added 11 of his own. Brandon Simister also put together a great game with 12 assists, and eight rebounds to go with his seven points. Brian Curran led the Soaring Eagle in the loss with 17 points.
