Brooks Leach helped Panguitch awaken from its slumbers late in the third quarter and early in the fourth as the Bobcats finally awoke to dispatch ICS at the 1A tournament. Leach finished with 22 points, 14 rebounds, four steals, three assists and was stellar in every phase of the game. Fellow senior Eric Frandsen added 15 points and four steals. Meanwhile, Hayes Clement led ICS with 14 points and Shaun Boyle added 10.
