Manila outlasted Mount Vernon in overtime thanks to the game-winning basket by Calvin Schell with 6.6 seconds left in overtime. The game was a rematch of last years 1A title game. Jeff Catron led Manila with 21 points while Zac Schofield added 16. Manila will play at 6 p.m. in the semi-finals at UVSC on Friday. "We had a good run last year and we were worried that if we came here and fizzled people would think last year was luck," Manila coach Scott Taylor said. The Mustangs had 19 second half offensive rebounds. Mount Vernon was led by Juan Pablo Silveira's 19 points.
