Valley closed within 51-47 in the fourth when Owen Hoyt made a 3-pointer but couldn't get any closer. Jeremy Catron scored 14 points for Manila and Jeff Catron had 12. Kenneth Crosby led Valley with 19 points and Hoyt had 16.
