Viking Todd Thurgood staved off the Falcons with two key three-pointers in the fourth quarter and 13 second half points and was named player of the game. The Vikings improve to 7-3 with the victory and started class 4A on the right foot Saturday after the classification fell in five out of seven games Friday. Thurgood finished with 16 points and five rebounds. Landon Hallman wasn't far behind his teammate, scoring 15 points. Kody Lewis led Clearfield with 14 points.
