Uintah surged in the fourth inning to pull away from Stansbury, winning 12-6 in a 4A regional game and forcing a decisive Game 3. The Utes put up three runs in the fourth and added four more in the fifth, with Cooper Goodrich going 2 for 4 and driving in five runs. Brody Murray also contributed significantly by going 2 for 4 with an RBI. Stansbury had a brief early lead with three runs in the first inning but couldn't maintain the advantage. The series is now tied 1-1.
