Dixie outlasted Snow Canyon 13-7 in a battle of Region 9 powerhouses. The Flyers (21-3) used a five-run sixth inning to pull away from the Warriors (19-3) in a back-and-forth affair. Ridge Erickson and Trace Franco led Dixie's offensive attack, both going 3 for 4 at the plate. Logan Leavitt and Franco each hit a home run and drove in two runs for the Flyers, while Jake Andreas secured the win on the mound. Talan Kelly hit two home runs in the loss for Snow Canyon.
