In a tightly battled game, Spanish Fork pulled off a 5-2 win over Salem Hills, thanks largely to a decisive four-run outbreak in the seventh inning. The Dons (8-8) ensured the victory even though Salem Hills (12-6) had an equalizing run in the first inning and attempted a comeback in the seventh. The Dons received strong batting support from Nixon Warren, Cal Nielsen, Riley Lambson, and Boston Duvall who all recorded RBIs. Spanish Forks Will Dart also recorded two doubles.
