Trey Evans hit a big three-run homer run and then three different Crimson Cliffs pitchers combined to slow down Snow Canyon's bats just enough as the Mustangs won Game 1 of the 4A championship series. Crimson Cliffs led 8-4 going into the top of the seventh but the Warriors scored seven runs to make it close.
