KJ Griffith slammed a three-run triple in the first inning to give Lehi an early lead. The Pioneers were able to sustain the lead through the game thanks to a strong effort on the mound from Braxton Deveraux. Nolan Pidilla also had a strong game as he cut down a couple of stolen base attempts and recorded an RBI. T.J. Waltz hit two doubles for the Darts in the loss.
