Zac Willis drove in the game-winning run with a sacrifice fly in the bottom of the seventh to advance in the state tournament. The Cavemen led for much of the game before Cottonwood tied it in the sixth on an RBI single by Tyler West. Ryan Pitcher, Tyler Flinders and Willis each had two RBIs for American Fork.
