Viewmont clinched at least a share of the Region 1 title and the No. 1 seed for the fifth consecutive year. Chris Larsen had two home runs and knocked in five runs in leading the Vikings' offensive onslaught. Alex Exon was 3-for-4 with three RBIs and Viewmont scored at least one run in every inning. Northridge, after falling behind 9-0 rallied to close to 12-11, but eight defensive errors did in the Knights.
