Delta jumped out to a four-run first inning lead, and Uintah attempted to play catch-up the remainder of the game in the consolation game of the 3A playoffs. UIntah loaded the bases in the bottom of the seventh inning, but a deep, hard-hit ball was barely caught to end the game. f+bBrandon Beechf-b and f+bTaylor Jeskif-b each had home runs. Uintah's season is over with the loss, while Delta faces Emery on Thursday in the lower bracket.
