Khord Mehl hit a grand-slam for the Bees' first hit to give Box Elder the lead. Rem Wilson hit a three-run home run for Cottonwood to draw the Colts closer. Box Elder extended the lead again setting up a come-from-behind seventh inning for the Colts. Cliff Andersen tripled in a run, Danny Payne had a sacrifice fly and Curtis Larsen tied it with an RBI-double. Rem Wilson had a two-run single to give the Colts their first lead. Casey Sato came in to close out the game.
